Purpose:
This
application must be submitted by Companies (other than branches), LLPs and DLT
foundation that wish to change their accounting reference date.
Legal Entities:

(other than branches), LLPs, DLT Foundations, (optional for Foundations)
Questions:
1) Is the
company planning to shorten or extend the accounting reference period?
2) Verify that
the intended period complies with s381 of the ADGM Companies Regulations
Pay Attention: s381 of the
ADGM provides restrictions regarding the permitted filings

the ADGM RA portal https://newreg.adgm.com/

the Application Form “Maintain Accounting Reference date”

Board Resolution
approving the change of accounting reference date. (Note that in the case of

Member’s resolution)
